Thread Created
Triggers when a new thread is created.
This event will trigger twice whenever a thread is created, but ‘Newly Created’ will be true for only the first event. This is caused by the Discord API.
This trigger is based on Discord event ThreadCreate.

Thread Name
The name of the thread that was created.

Whether or not this thread is newly created.
Example: true or false

The ID of the channel that the thread was created in.
